Chanote (Nor Sor 4) is the highest form of land title - fully surveyed and guaranteed. Nor Sor 3 Gor is also acceptable with accurate GPS mapping. Avoid Sor Kor 1 and Por Bor Tor 5 which are merely possession documents. Always verify the title at the Land Office.
