Data Deletion Request
Samui Housing respects your right to control your personal data.
What Data We Store
When you sign in via Facebook (or any social provider), we store:
- Your name and email address as provided by Facebook.
- Property listings you submitted.
- Enquiries or messages sent through the platform.
- Membership payment records (required by financial regulations).
We do not store your Facebook User ID, password, or any Facebook-specific tokens.
Option 1 — Remove via Facebook
You can trigger an automatic data deletion request directly from Facebook. Facebook will notify us and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
- Go to your Facebook Settings (facebook.com/settings).
- Click Security and Login → Apps and Websites.
- Find Samui Housing in the list and click Remove.
- Tick "Also delete all your [App Name] activities" and confirm.
Facebook will then send an automatic deletion request to our servers and you will receive a confirmation link.
Option 2 — Delete Your Account Directly
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data directly from us:

Email us from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What Happens After a Deletion Request
